December 18, 2024, Bocaue, Bulacan A Joint Ocular Visit and Inspection of Fireworks Stalls was conducted last December 18, 2025, at the Santiago Compound in Turo, Bocaue, Bulacan. The initiative was led by the Pyrotechnics Regulatory Board (PRB), under the leadership of its Chairman, Governor Daniel R. Fernando, in close coordination with General Rommel Francisco D. Marbil of the Philippine National Police (PNP).
