September 20, 2024 The Bulacan Food Fair and Exposition 2024 (BUFFEX 2024) post-project meeting was held at the BCCI office in Hiyas Convention Center, City of Malolos, attended by BCCI Chairman Ms. Ofelia B. Manglabnan, President Ms. Corina Tengco-Bautista, Treasurer Engr. Maria Cecilia G. Estinopo, Auditor Ms. Josephine M. Santos, Consultant Ms. Mara Bautista, Finance and Admin Officer Ms. Ruth C. Jimenez, Membership Services and Business Development Officer Ms. Jonie Mangalonzo, and PCCI Regional Governor for Region 3, Ms. Cristina C. Tuzon. Challenges such as budgeting and unexpected expenses were discussed during the meeting, as well as strategies to enhance financial management in upcoming events. The primary objective of the post project review is to increase profitability and sustainability for the next BUFFEX, while also ensuring better support for local businesses.
