November 5, 2024 - Ms. Lilibeth Alcaraz, Vice President for Chamber Services and Local Programs, presented the third session of the Adopt-A-Chamber Program entitled “Attaining Financial Stability for the Chamber”. The focus of the presentation was on the importance of achieving financial stability to ensure the Chamber’s long-term success and sustainability. She outlined strategic methods for setting financial goals, mobilizing resources, and establishing a financial reporting system that would help maintain financial health and transparency within the organization.
