February 26, 2024 - Board Member Romeo V. Castro, Jr., Chairman of the Committee on Land Use, Urban Planning, and Housing, and Hon. Alexis C. Castro, Vice Governor and Chairman of the Legislative Backstopping Committee, spearheaded the 2nd public hearing regarding the Provincial Development and Physical Framework Plan (PDPFP) for the years 2024–2036 of the Province of Bulacan last February 26, 2024, at the Senator Benigno S. Aquino, Jr. Hall, Provincial Capitol Compound, City of Malolos, Bulacan. BCCI President, Ms. Corina Tengco-Bautista, attended the meeting to represent the BCCI.

February 23, 2024 - THRIVE Central Luzon Regional Inclusive Innovation Center (RIIC) partner agencies DTI and DOST are currently supporting the conduct of a face-to-face data gathering for a Regional Innovation Ecosystem Assessment by the U.S.- Philippines Partnership for Skills, Innovation, and Lifelong Learning (UPSKILL) Program, together with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) D-Lab. BCCI VP for Advocacy, Dr. Jehan Echavez, represented the BCCI in an interview for the THRIVE Central Luzon Data Gathering last February 23, 2024, at the Bulacan State University E-Library
February 17, 2024 - The Screening and Selection Committee for the Most Outstanding Bulacan Businessmen (MOBB) Awards had a meeting last February 17, 2024, at Calle Jose Kitchen & Café, Gil Carlos St., Baliwag, Bulacan. The meeting screened the seven (7) nominees for MOBB 2023. Additional documents/ proofs were requested to some nominees to comply with the criteria to ensure that they truly deserve the award.

February 20, 2024 - The newly elected BCCI President, Ms. Corina Tengco-Bautista, spearheaded the Annual Planning Workshop last February 20, 2024, at Max’s Restaurant, Kapitolyo. The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Pilipino Ramos, Corporate Secretary. Strategic Planning Officer, Mr. Pacifico Aniag discussed and explained the need to abide with the BCCI’s Amended By-Laws in filling the Vice Presidents positions and Committee Chairmanships.
February 14, 2024 - The Bureau of Industry Planning and Innovation (formerly the Competitiveness Bureau) conducted the CMCI Advocacy Campaign last February 14, 2024, via Zoom. This advocacy campaign is an information dissemination initiative intended to further educate LGUs and DTI focal persons on an in-depth and deep dive of the CMCI Program. It also aimed to deepen their capabilities and understanding of the value of collecting and submitting the much-needed data to the CMCI Portal, among others.
