January 28, 2025 - The Bulacan Business Forum cum BCCI’s General Assembly (GA) and Election of Officers, was held on January 28, 2025, at The Pavilion, Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, Provincial Capitol Compound, Guinhawa, City of Malolos, Bulacan. With the theme “Synergizing Partnership, Advancing Innovation and Entrepreneurship”.
In order to enhance the impact of BCCI’s Annual GA and benefit not only our members but also the broader business sector in Bulacan, BCCI partnered with the Provincial Government of Bulacan (PGB) to organize the Bulacan Business Forum. This initiative aims to engage key development partners—including the PGB, Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Science and Technology, and others—to showcase the best practices, innovative programs, and the success stories that are shaping the business landscape in Bulacan. The program seeks to raise awareness and disseminate essential information, opening doors for collaboration and support for Bulacan businesses, highlighting the various programs they can benefit from, not only through BCCI but also from our featured partners.
The first part of the program featured inspiring talks from Mr. John Paul Ang of San Miguel Corporation as the Keynote Speaker and Mr. Gerry Santos of Mr. Freeze Tube Ice.

The forum was a resounding success, made possible by the support of key development partners, including the Philippine Board of Investment (BOI), the Provincial Cooperative and Enterprise Development Office (PCEDO), the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), and Bulacan State University (BulSU-Sulong Central Luzon & Baras TBI). Together with the BCCI Officers and Members, LEDIPOs, BPLOs, and MSEs, the speakers shared their programs and success stories, not only to inspire but also to promote a thriving local economy and foster a more business-friendly environment in the province. The event was attended by almost 350 guests.
