February 19, 2025 - The PCCI, through the PCCI Human Resources Development Foundation, Inc., is rolling out the PET System starting in S.Y. 2025 - 2026. They are currently working with the Department of Education (DepEd) to integrate the PCCI Education and Training (PET) Program Manuals for Fruits and Vegetables Processing and Hotel and Restaurant Services Qualifications into the Senior High School (SHS) Curriculum. The PET System requires the Chambers to organize In-Company Training and Immersion for students to ensure hands-on industry experience. Representing the BCCI, President Corina Tengco-Bautista joined the discussions, accompanied by Secretariat Staff Sharon D. Valerio. President Corina expressed BCCI’s support and commitment to the program.
